Summer at the Pool!

Who knew such a place existed in the 'hood.? Only 4 minutes from our house and with great views of Lake Washington we will probably be spending lots of time at the Lakeridge Swim Club this summer. We took advantage of a day that actually looked and felt a lot like summer for our first trip. Check out the sweet swim diaper and Daniel's first dip. For our Seattle friends - guests are welcome!

First pair of Jeans

Shan and Grandma C took a trip to Old Navy yesterday and bought some pretty cute new clothes including this outfit. The other big news is that D slept for more than 10 straight hours last night; 7:30pm to 5:50 am - what a stud! Probably because his Grandpa tired him out but regardless a nice first. All in all yesterday was a really nice father's day. I thought another Yankees win was the icing on the cake but a good sleep like that was pretty good too. As an aside, are all you Boston fans getting nervous yet?

Happy Father's Day!

My folks came out from Maine for the weekend. It was nice having the three generations of guys together on Father's Day. Daniel loves his Grandpa. These are some shots from a walk we did around Seward Park today. Notice the beautiful Seattle summer weather, dark and 57 degrees ... Also, to our blog readers, sorry for the lack of posts recently. We're pretty much over Daniel now, no seriously, work has been really busy and I have not had the time to shoot the boy. He in fact keeps getting cuter and more fun.

Sitting Up

Man - he's all grown up. He slept for 8 straight hours last night and look at him sitting up. He slowly tipped over after awhile but he is really beginning to be able to hold himself up if only for a bit. He's also got on some regular like pants courtesy of Annie in Morteau - merci beaucoup Annie!
