We got back from the hospital last night at about 7:30 and everything is going well. We're tired but Daniel is doing very well -eating like a champ and sleeping well.

He's Arrived!!!

Daniel Harvard Cumming was born last night at 9:34 weighing in at 8lbs and measuring 19.5" long. Everyone is doing well and more to follow ...

Nursery Photos.

Here are some snaps of the nursery. Its pretty much all done with the exception of some curtains and a mobile which has been difficult to find. Lots of bright colors which will hopefully inspire creativity and be stimulating and not confusing. As an aside, I wandered into Pottery Barn Kids in the hopes of finding some storage bins and that store is a little slice of consumer hell right here on Earth. Could it be anymore country cute? Have they noticed that we don't live on farms in the 1800's anymore?

The rain ... someone make it stop!

Please no more rain!! We get it, its wet, the Northwest, etc. but enough already!

Yup, we are still waiting! Thanks for continuing to check in! We don't know when he's coming, we are anxious, too! What do you think its like walking around with this belly on?
